About

After 7 years as solo practicing doulas, Kate Dewey and KC Johnston teamed up in 2015 to provide a shared-call experience for their clients. This unique practice style allows them to be more available for their families while continuing to do the birth work they both love.

Doula Philosophy

After 10 years and 400+ births between us, we don’t have a solid philosophy on how birth “should” happen. We believe that informed choice matters most and we support every client in whatever pathway they choose. Our only goal is that you have a birth story that makes you proud. You get to determine what that means and we will help you achieve it!

Certified

Yes | Kate held a DONA certification prior to being trained and certified with BAI. She is also a BAI doula trainer. KC is certified with DONA | Nov 2020
