    Infant Massage Class

    5.0 rating
    September 23, 2018

I highly recommend the baby/infant massage class! It is a wonderful way to connect with your baby while learning comforting techniques and helpful ways to treat gas and colic. I love how the class is baby led, so if your baby fusses, or doesn’t like a certain massage, you can skip it and hold your baby. Or if your baby is like mine and sleeps 90% of the class, you can sit back and watch the class and practice the moves at home.
Shari is a FANTASTIC teacher, I really like how easily she presents the information. She provides a calm, clean, and nurturing environment; beginning the class with a very sweet lullaby to set the mood. I also like that she reviews massages learned in previous classes and how she sends home a step-by-step guide so we don’t have to worry about our mommy brains forgetting anything ?.
If you are thinking about taking this class but are unsure, don’t hesitate, just do it!!! You will love every moment of the time spent with your baby.
