Three Little Birds Birth Services
Greenville, and upstate SC
Hey there, I’m Kirsten! I am a Birth Doula, Childbirth Educator, and Fertility Doula. I'm a recent transplant to the Greenville area from Florida. I have 3 awesome kids, a boy and 2 girls, I'm engaged to my best friend, and we have a rescue pit named Rebel who is our 4th child.
Most days you can find me at home trying to organize the chaos that is 3 kids (send help!). I have a love for cooking, and I'm always trying new recipes. My other hobbies basically consist of the birth world. I'm either watching instructional videos, TEDTalks, podcasts, reading books and blogs, getting certified for new techniques and enrolling in more birth related classes. I have a hunger and a passion for learning so that I can pass the information along to you! When I'm not at home, I'm in the woods hiking (Yes, even in this insane SC heat). I love exploring new trails nearly every weekend.
I am mostly known for being a Birth Nerd, but I'm totally proud of it! People often refer to me as knowledgeable, caring, and honest. I pride myself on providing accurate information to you and your family so that you can make your own decisions.
I love serving the world by changing the way people feel about themselves. I love being able to open someone's eyes to see their true potential. I want to change the birth scene in a way that leaves families feeling prepared, excited, and refreshed.
I serve people who desire to learn more about pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I am extremely open minded, and I love working with people from all walks of life. I feel so blessed to have the opportunity to be invited into a families birth experience and I will always honor that space. I embrace all of your desires for your birth. Whether you want to have a hospital birth with all the drugs, or in the woods on a summer night surrounded by fire fly's, and everything in between. I'm your Huckleberry. I hope to empower you to feel confident in your choices.
If you'd like to know more about me, here are 5 random facts:
1. I love PB&J, literally could eat it anytime.
2. I wear flip flops in any weather, I'm always in Florida in my mind.
3. I love thrift shopping, like, love.
4. I once played Salt N Pepa "Push It" during a labor… Totally at the clients request!
5. I once had a baby in less than 2 hours, and my mom had to help deliver because we couldn't make it to the birth center in time!

Kirsten is absolutely what I needed
This was my third time having a little one but Kirsten taught me so much about the hospital experience, and things that I did or did not have to do while I was there when it came to me giving birth. She taught me that I didn’t have to just bow down to everything the hospital wanted. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to the birthing experience and becoming a mother whether it’s the first time or the third like mine. And above all she was there by my side the whole time I was in labor and thereafter and it felt awesome to have someone else there who cared.
Kirsten was AMAZING! I dont know how I wouldve survived an all natural labor without her. She was always is up for my crazy questions about labor, postpartum depression, and breastfeeding. With her help, I was able to have my all natural birth and breastfeed for 20 months and counting. I’m so thankful, she was so supportive and informative!
